Full product description

Most bedroom projectors cast a flat blob of stars on the ceiling and call it atmosphere. The AuroraBeam Pro does something fundamentally different — it runs a G-laser starfield and RGB LED aurora waves at the same time, layering thousands of sharp laser-pinpoint stars over slow-shifting colour waves. Your ceiling looks like the actual northern lights, not a screensaver.

The dual light engine is what makes it. The green laser creates precise star points across the full ceiling and walls while the RGB LEDs wash the room in aurora colour — red, green, blue, or any combination. Seven lighting modes in total (stars only, aurora only, mixed, and colour variants), all switchable from the included IR remote without leaving bed.

What sets it apart is the full remote control. Unlike projectors with a single on/off button, the AuroraBeam Pro remote handles Auto cycling, Party strobe, Sleep fade, individual Colour and Pattern selection, Brightness, Speed, and a Timer — so the light fades out after 30, 60, or 90 minutes while you fall asleep.

The projector sits on one of two interchangeable magnetic bases — flat desktop or angled mount — so you can point it at any ceiling or wall from wherever it fits best in the room. The unit measures 7.7 × 8.5 × 11 cm and plugs into any USB socket, power bank, or phone charger.

One practical note: the remote requires a CR2025 coin battery, not included — available at any supermarket or pharmacy. Everything else is in the box.

Why You'll Love It

Flip off the main lights, point it at the ceiling, and the room transforms in under ten seconds. Laser stars and aurora waves run together so it's never just 'coloured light' — it layers and moves. Kids fall asleep to it. Adults decompress under it. Partners compliment it.

The remote means you never have to get up once you're in bed. Dial the brightness down, slow the movement, and within minutes you've taken the edge off a long day without a single screen in your face.

And because it runs silently off USB, it fits anywhere — bedroom, nursery, gaming den, office corner. No noise, no fuss, no complicated setup. Plug in, point up, done.

Use Cases

Setting the mood before sleep, adding atmosphere during a film or music session, giving a child’s bedroom a feature they’ll love, decorating a games room, home bar, or lounge. Also works genuinely well as a meditation or wind-down aid — the slow aurora cycle on Sleep mode is calming.

How to Use

Attach your preferred base, plug the USB cable into any power source, and point the unit at a ceiling or wall in a dark or dim room. Use the IR remote to select your mode, colour, and speed. Timer button cycles through 30 / 60 / 90 min shutoff. Insert a CR2025 battery in the remote if it doesn’t respond on first use.

Be Sure of Your Choice

Most galaxy projectors project a single static colour pattern that looks impressive for five minutes and then just sits there. The AuroraBeam Pro runs two light engines simultaneously — a G-laser starfield and an RGB aurora — so the result is layered and moving, not a single wash of colour. Here's what makes the difference.

Frequently Asked Questions

No — aurora projectors need near-darkness to show the effect properly. Even dimmed ambient light will wash out the projection significantly.

The laser field covers a full standard bedroom ceiling from 1–2 metres away. For larger rooms, position it further back to spread the projection wider.

No — one CR2025 coin battery is required but not included. These are available at any supermarket or electronics shop for under CHF 2.

Yes — use the low-brightness aurora mode. The laser stars are safe for normal bedroom use and children find the soft moving light calming at bedtime.

No moving parts, no fan. Completely silent. It's one of the reasons it works so well as a sleep aid.
