You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

- United States and Canada: 7–12 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–14 business days

Tracking your order:
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your shipment from dispatch to delivery.

Customs, duties, and taxes:
For international orders, your order may be subject to import duties or taxes once it reaches your country. These charges are determined by the destination country's customs office and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Address accuracy:

Lost or delayed packages:
If your tracking shows your package has been delivered but you haven't received it, please:

2. Look around the delivery location for safe drop-off spots
3. Contact your local carrier to confirm delivery details
If you still cannot locate the package after 48 hours, contact us at support@circuittech.store and we'll help investigate.
For packages that show no movement for 14+ business days after the expected delivery date, we will work with you to either replace the order or issue a refund.
