Frequently Asked Questions

No — the bladeless design has no exposed moving parts. Safe for long hair, short hair, and children.

On the lowest speed it's near-silent — suitable for office use. Speed 3 is audible but not disruptive, similar to a gentle white noise in the background.

Several hours on the lowest speed. Battery life varies by speed setting — higher speeds drain faster. A USB cable is included so you can top it up from any power bank.

It moves air directly across your neck and face, creating an evaporative cooling effect. You feel noticeably cooler within seconds, especially in warm or humid conditions.

USB. The cable is included in the box. You can charge from any USB port — laptop, power bank, or wall adapter.

Customers praised this wearable neck fan for its effective cooling and comfort. "Works perfectly" with simple controls and digital display. Battery life exceeds 2 hours. "Excellent value for money." However, some noted noise at higher speeds and ticking sounds, with concerns about fit for larger necks.

Used it on the train to a comic con and used it at the comic con and it was truly a life saver

It has arrived in perfect condition and ahead of time, but the fan is noisy, not silent; if you have it for a long time, it gives a headache.

R
Richard H.

It works, a bit loud at max speed and has a soft “ticking sound at other speeds. Not for large neck people. Package could be better protected. Case was crushed and there was visible signs of stress on the item itself.

Dear customer, thank you for your honest feedback. We are glad to hear that our CircuitTech NeckBreeze is working for you. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the noise at max speed and the ticking sound at other speeds. We will definitely take note of this and work to improve it. Thank you for bringing the packaging issue to our attention, we will make sure to address it and ensure that our products are well protected during shipping. If you have any further concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We value your satisfaction and will do our best to address any issues. Thank you for choosing CircuitTech NeckBreeze.
