Arrived in good time no damage. Works as expected, has to be plugged in when in use, its very good, the heat setting is so nice. I do be in agony with headaches and neck pain and stiffness i'm praying this will help. Everything is good, but this can only be used with the cable connected, so it's not really convenient to use in bed. It's quite decent, but I can't use it because my hair gets tangled in a mess, but my husband uses it well.
It isn't just a simulation. The massage is useful, and it provides warmth.

Overall it’s good, the heat is great, the air massage is great but the vibration massage is faint and hardly noticeable. i don’t know if this is normal for this device but i also cannot find any way of increasing it. quality of the make is good as was overall delivery process. instruction are vague at best.
